Shipping and delivery

Although we try our best to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible, orders can take from 2-5 working days for economy deliveries depending on the destination. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be attended to on the first business day thereafter. You will receive your tracking number via email once the order has been dispatched. We deliver between 8AM and 5:00PM Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Kindly check we have the correct address and ensure you are either at home during delivery hours or that you use your work address. Please track your delivery online with the link provided and contact the courier company or VitaGene immediately should you be concerned. Deliveries don't always go to plan!

We deliver to all customers in South Africa.

Please note:

We strive to ensure the stock levels are 100% accurate, however this may not always be possible. Should it happen that any product is out of stock, we will either offer you an equivalent product, notify you how long it will take for new stock to arrive, or provide you with a full refund.

Warehouse Click and Collect (only available in Johannesburg):

With our "Warehouse Click and Collect", you can get your products within 2 hours of placing your order. An admin fee of R25 is charged. 

Collection point is at the Eazybranch warehouse reception:

172 Northlands Business Park , Corner Bush Telegraph Spectacular Roads, Northriding, 2169.

Once you've arrived at Northlands Business Park, drive through the boom gates and take the second road to the left.  Eazybranch is the last building on the right-hand side.
